Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. MINAMI STUDIOS cannot modify addresses once an order has been placed and is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price. MINAMI STUDIOS has no control over these costs and cannot estimate or reimburse them.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipments will incur a reshipping fee equal to the original shipping cost, plus any handling or customs return fees.

Risk of Loss

All orders are carefully checked before dispatch. Once a package is transferred to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. MINAMI STUDIOS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once tracking indicates successful delivery.


Shipping Rates & Processing Time

All orders are dispatched from Japan. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged by our team prior to shipment.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship pieces: 3-5 business days
  
• Made-to-order pieces: 10 weeks +, depending on production schedule
  

Delivery times vary by destination and are typically between 5–10 business days for express international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

General Policy

As each piece is produced in limited quantities and many are made to order, MINAMI STUDIOS does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We may offer store credit or size exchanges at our discretion if stock is available and the item meets all return conditions. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  
• Exchanges or store credit requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Altered, worn, or damaged items cannot be accepted.
  
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may not be sent back.
  

Manufacturing Defects

In the rare case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact support@minami-studios.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

If approved, a replacement or repair will be arranged. Reasonable return shipping costs may be covered upon presentation of a shipping receipt.

Pre-Order Terms

Pre-orders are made specifically for each customer and are therefore final and non-refundable.

Estimated delivery dates are projections and may be subject to delay due to manufacturing or logistics. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

Sizing & Fit Guidance

Detailed size charts and measurements are provided for all garments. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations of 1–2 cm may occur.
