SHIPPING POLICY
Minami Studios ("we" and "us") operates the website https://www.minami-studios.com . By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined here, which are designed to protect both parties and set clear expectations about our services.
At Minami Studios, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may occasionally be discrepancies. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to determine whether you would prefer to wait for the backordered item to restock or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase, and the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
We accept returns due to change of mind if the request is made within five (5) days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and arranging their own return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued as store credit, excluding any original shipping fees.
Warranty claims can be made within 90 days of receiving an item. Customers must pre-pay return shipping for warranty claims, but we will reimburse these costs if the claim is successful. Once a warranty claim is verified, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item, subject to availability. Warranty claims are processed within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. As a small team, we pack orders daily and make post office trips twice a week. Domestic shipments generally take 3–7 days in transit, while international shipments typically take 5–22 days, depending on the chosen courier and destination. For orders requiring a change of delivery address, requests can be accommodated prior to dispatch. P.O. Box shipping is available through postal services only, and military addresses can be shipped to using appropriate courier services.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will hold the order until it can be fulfilled entirely. However, we are happy to accommodate specific requests to ship available items separately upon communication. While we strive to provide accurate delivery timelines, delays can occur. Significant delays will be communicated on our Instagram page (@minami.studios) or via email, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided so you can monitor your shipment's progress. In the event that your parcel is damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us for further instructions. If the parcel is delivered without you present and arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately.
Sales tax is already included in the price displayed on our website for Australian customers. For international shipments, duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees vary by country, and we recommend familiarizing yourself with these potential costs before placing an order. If you choose to refuse payment of import duties and taxes, the goods will be returned to Minami Studios at your expense, and you will be refunded for the goods’ value, minus the cost of return shipping. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and our refund policy will apply.
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value provided by the courier. In the case of a damaged parcel, we will process a refund or replacement once the courier's investigation is complete. Similarly, for parcels lost in transit, refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
