At MINAMI STUDIOS, each made-to-order piece is produced individually once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind or sizing once production has begun.

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us at Support@minami-studios.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
