Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. MINAMI STUDIOS cannot modify addresses once an order has been placed and is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price. MINAMI STUDIOS has no control over these costs and cannot estimate or reimburse them.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipments will incur a reshipping fee equal to the original shipping cost. MINAMI STUDIOS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during reshipment.

Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Return Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or colors are available within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

For the HAKA V2, we moved to a wool blend twill to improve structure and durability after issues with V1. The added polyester strengthens the fabric and helps the pleats hold their shape longer, keeping a sharper finish with less maintenance over time.
